Our three medical facilities in Mauritius each have the capacity to receive acute patients referred from general practitioners or emergency doctors and are holding agreements with national as well as international medical and travel insurance companies.

Each of our medical facilities is served by their own network of fully equipped ambulances operated by trained personnel and available on a 24/7 basis.

We emphasise that the process of acute reception must be engendering trust in the patient and his or her family as well as providing them with all the information they need. This is why our nurses receive the patient´s data directly from the concerned physician who report their observations, findings, proposed treatment and necessary care to the family members.

Immediate intervention takes place in our fully equipped operation theatres. Otherwise or afterwards, patients are admitted in private rooms, where they are subsequently visited by the respective specialists/consultants and assessed accordingly.
